In the evening, guests can freely visit the Japanese Quarter - with various areas reflecting Japanese culture such as the square, Sakura Cafe, Japanese tea ceremony, etc., participate in activities in Moc Chau pedestrian street or enjoy the peaceful highland atmosphere with a cup of hot tea (expenses self-funded).

- Moc Chau Island - a leading global natural heritage destination in Muong Sang, Moc Chau, located in the valley of the Northwest mountains, bringing guests a feeling of closeness to nature with high-end sightseeing, entertainment and dining experiences, admiring the beauty of the Bach Long Glass Bridge with a length of 632m, at a height of 150m above ground, "the world's longest pedestrian glass bridge" was recognized by Guinness World Records in May 28, 2022. (Guests pay for the entrance fee to the glass bridge and other entertainment activities independently)

Lunch in Moc Chau.
After lunch, the group will continue to depart for Hanoi. Farewell and see you again in the next trip.

Child Prices
- Children under 5 years old: No service fee; parents are responsible for all expenses (for services charged by height).
- Two adults can accompany one child under 5; a second child will be charged according to the age range from 5 to under 12 years old and additional single room charges.
- Child tickets, train tickets, and public transportation tickets are subject to the policies of the relevant companies.
- Children aged 5 to under 12: 75% of the adult fare (no private beds)
- Two adults can accompany one child aged 5-under 12; any subsequent children will require a separate bed and associated fees.
- Children 12 years and older: same fare as adults.
- Airfare is determined according to each airline's policy.
Payment Terms
- When registering, pay a 50% deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7-10 days (for weekdays tours), or 20-25 days (for holiday tours) before departure.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- For Vietnamese citizens: When traveling, children over 14 years old and adults must bring their valid ID cards/passports, clear images (ID cards with a validity of no more than 15 years from the date of issuance), birth certificates (children under 14), and for children above 14, an ID card or passport for the purpose of purchasing plane tickets.
- For foreign/overseas Vietnamese: When traveling, you must bring a valid passport, green card with visa and re-entry permit for Vietnam for boarding the aircraft.
- When registering, please provide your full name, as it appears on your ID card/passport/birth certificate (for children under 14) in the order: Last name/First name/Middle name. If you are registering on behalf of someone, you must provide their exact name as per their ID card/passport/birth certificate, as it's the document that is needed for booking.
- Incorrect names or delayed arrivals may result in the need to re-book or purchase new tickets in compliance with the airline regulations (if seats are available).
- For Vietjet and Jetstar flights, tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancelable for name errors, subject to airline policy. Child tickets for these airlines cost 100% of the adult fare.
- For Vietnam Airlines, promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable in the case of name errors or flight cancellation, as per Vietnam Airlines' policies. For cases when the outbound flight cannot be made, the return flight is automatically canceled. Child tickets cost 75% of the adult fare.
- Airfare, flight times, and schedules are subject to change by the airline (Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Jetstar) and may not be pre-announced.
- Due to airline schedules, flight times may change without notice. The itinerary and sightseeing spots may change to accommodate flight schedules and weather.
- In case of disasters (typhoons, floods, droughts, earthquakes...), security issues (epidemics, terrorism, protests), or other air traffic incidents (technical problems, security, delays, cancellations), Vietravel shall not be held accountable to fulfill the tour.
- If an issue occurs, Vietravel will examine methods to reimburse the value of the canceled tour (with any already completed services deducted) and will not be liable for additional compensation.
- After you complete airline procedures and receive your boarding pass, please keep it safe and ensure you are on time for your flight. Vietravel is not responsible if you lose your boarding pass and miss your flight.
- Check-in time: after 2 pm and check-out before 12 pm.
- Hotel/resort rooms may not be close to each other, or in the same floor, or the type of room (single bed or double bed) might differ from your preferences, as dictated by the hotel's capacity.
- For single travelers, an additional single room charge will be levied. If, among the group, there's a single traveler of the same gender who wishes to share a room, Vietravel will refund the single room fee.
- For groups of three, Vietravel will provide a room with a large 1.6m bed and an extra bed of 0.8 - 1.2m (or a single bed depending on the hotel).
- For baggage, hand baggage allowance is up to 7kg per person with dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23 cm and liquid items not exceeding 100ml. Checked baggage allowance is 20kg per person with dimensions not exceeding 119cm x 119cm x 81 cm. Any items not allowed for checked baggage or in-cabin baggage under airline regulations are not accepted.
- Meeting point: at Tan Son Nhat Airport, domestic terminal, 2 hours (weekdays) or 2.5 hours (holidays) before the flight time. At Pillar 4 for Vietjet, and Pillar 10 for Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar.
- Under 18-year-old passengers should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old, or a guardian with proper authorization from the authorities.
- Females over 55 and males over 60 are recommended to have an accompanying companion under 55 with full health; those over 70 require a healthy companion under 55, plus a physician's confirmation of health and the relevant medical form for traveling. Passengers above 80 are not accepted due to safety concerns. Passengers above 80 do not have insurance coverage.
- Pregnant women should inform the tour operator at the time of booking. A physician's approval must be obtained.
- Those who require invoices should provide their invoice details during the booking process, as invoices are not issued after the tour concludes.
- Please carefully review the ticket terms and conditions before booking a tour, especially if the booking is done by an intermediary. Provide the exact passenger details for accurate processing.
Tour Cancellation/Transfer Policy
- After payment, if you want to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring your tour voucher to the registration office to process the transfer/cancellation and pay any applicable fees as per Vietravel policy. Do not contact for transfer/cancellation via phone.
- Tour cancellation deadlines are calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Weekday Cancellation Policy
- Can transfer to other tours up to 20 days before departure: No cost.
- If canceling or transferring from 15-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of deposit.
- If canceling or transferring from 12-14 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of deposit.
- If canceling from 8-11 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling from 5-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of tour price.
- If canceling from 2-4 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of tour price.
- If canceling within 1 day of departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of tour price.

Holiday & Tet Cancellation Policy
- Can transfer to other tours up to 30 days prior to departure: No cost.

- If canceling or transferring to other tours from 20-24 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the deposit.
- If canceling or transferring from 17-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of tour price.
- If canceling or transferring from 8-16 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of tour price.
- If canceling or transferring from 2-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of tour price.
- If canceling or transferring within 1 day of departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of tour price.

Force Majeure Events
If the tour is canceled or changed by either party due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, weather, accidents, natural disasters, wars, epidemics, delays, changes to public transport, or other unavoidable events according to legal regulations), then both parties will not be obligated to compensate for any resulting losses and will not bear any legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for doing everything possible to assist the affected party to minimize any losses arising from unavoidable circumstances.
