Detailed Itinerary (Total Duration)

DAY 1: Hanoi (Lunch, Dinner)

Le Travel's vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport.

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant.

14:00: Check in to your hotel and relax.

17:00: The vehicle will pick you up from hotels in the Old Quarter and the Opera House to begin your tour of Hanoi.

The guide will take you to visit the following sites:

  • Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake): Explore the architecture of Vietnam and France surrounding the lake area. You will visit and take photos outside Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to Saint Van Xuong and General Tran Hung Dao, a famous figure in Vietnamese history, and the Thê Húc Bridge. If you wish to enter the temple, entrance fees will be at your own expense.
  • Try Trang Tien Ice Cream: Trang Tien ice cream has become a beloved brand among Hanoi locals and visitors. With over 60 years of experience, it has become a cultural icon of Hanoi's cuisine.
  • Walking Street: Enjoy shopping, photography, and experiencing the unique culture of Vietnam. The walking street is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Temple of Literature – Quoc Tu Giam: Considered Vietnam's first university, it features ancient architecture built on a large scale since October 1073. The Temple was established to honor Confucius and Chu Van An, representing the high moral philosophy of Vietnamese education.

19:00: The guide will take you for dinner, where you can choose to try Hanoi specialties such as Bun Cha, eel vermicelli, Pho, etc.

After dinner, board a double-decker bus to enjoy the night view of Hanoi. The bus will tour for one hour, visiting locations such as:

  • First stop:
    • Monday – Friday: Starting point: Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square
    • Saturday – Sunday: Starting point: Hanoi Opera House
  • Le Thai To Monument
  • St. Joseph's Cathedral – 4B Trang Thi
  • Hanoi Flag Tower
  • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
  • Quan Thanh Temple
  • Tran Quoc Pagoda
  • Cua Bac Church – 6 Hoang Dieu

The tour concludes with the bus, and the guide will take you to Ta Hien Street, where you can enjoy street music or sip drinks at bars, which are open all night.

The guide will say goodbye and allow you to explore Hanoi at night freely.

DAY 2: HANOI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

07:00: After breakfast at the hotel, the guide will pick you up for your journey to Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai highway. Our vehicle usually travels past the University of Foreign Languages, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai Airport, and onto the highway.

13:00-13:30: Arrive in Sapa, enjoy lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest.

Afternoon: The guide will take you to visit Cat Cat Village to learn about the daily lives of the H'Mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Enjoy a traditional cultural performance at an old hydropower plant.

18:00: Dinner. Free evening for entertainment. Take pictures at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Sapa Love Market on Saturday nights, or simply enjoy local grilled specialties with famous San Lung wine to warm up from Sapa's chill. Overnight in Sapa.

 

DAY 3: FANSIPAN - SILVER WATERFALL - THANH VAN DAK LOC SKY GATE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

07:00: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: The vehicle will take the group to Sun World Fansipan Legend, starting your journey to conquer Fansipan Peak and explore the unique architectural tourist area.

13:30: End the visit and have a buffet lunch at Ta Van restaurant within the Sun World Fansipan Legend area, featuring unique ethnic dishes.

Afternoon: Free time to explore the beauty of Sapa, known as the "land of fog."

Suggestion: You can visit and check-in at spots like Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, O Quy Ho Sky Gate, Moana, etc. (expenses are on your own).

Evening: Dinner featuring Sapa cuisine with specialties from the Northwest region, such as bamboo rice, sturgeon hot pot, grilled chicken with green pepper, Thang Co, and San Lung wine.

 

DAY 4: SAPA - HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

07:00: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. After that, you can explore attractions in Sapa Town: Sapa Stone Church, the square, check-in at Sun Plaza, Sapa market, and morning coffee.

08:00: The guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel to conquer Ham Rong Mountain, known for its wild and majestic scenery. Visit the Indochina Orchid Garden with various colors, pass through Sky Gate 1 and Sky Gate 2, and reach the highest point of Ham Rong Mountain at the Cloud Yard, offering panoramic views of Sapa from above.

11:30: Check out and enjoy lunch.

13:30: The vehicle will take you back to Hanoi. On the way, you will once again admire the enchanting beauty of the Northwestern mountains.

19:00: Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi. Enjoy dinner and have free time to explore the city.

DAY 5: HANOI - 5-STAR HA LONG CRUISE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

08:00: Le Travel’s vehicle and guide will pick you up at the company headquarters (Villa A12 - BT3 - Tran Van Can Road, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi). The vehicle will depart for Ha Long Bay, with a travel time of about 3-4 hours.

Upon arrival in Ha Long, you will board a cruise to start a 6-hour exploration of the bay.

12:00: Lunch will be served on board, featuring fresh seafood and special dishes that change daily and by season. (If you are allergic to seafood or have dietary requirements, please inform us in advance so we can prepare alternatives.)

After lunch, you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the largest cave in Ha Long Bay, voted one of the top 10 most beautiful caves in the world by the Czech Association of Travel Offices and Agents.

The path to Sung Sot Cave winds through forest canopies and steep stone steps, giving visitors a sense of conquering the mountains. The cave is divided into two main sections, with the first section resembling a large theater. The cave's ceiling is adorned with a shimmering "velvet carpet" and numerous brilliant stalactites, resembling moving statues of animals, rice, flowers, etc. All create a surreal world that feels both real and dreamlike.

The next stop is Luon Cave. You can explore Ha Long Bay by rowboat or try kayaking (at your own expense).

The cruise will continue to stop at Ti Top Island. Here, guests can swim, participate in beach sports, or climb to the top of Ti Top Mountain to enjoy stunning views of Ha Long Bay.

After swimming, you will return to the cruise to relax and enjoy a Sunset Party (free wine, tea, cakes, and fruits) while admiring the sunset over Ha Long Bay.

Dinner and overnight on the cruise, enjoying all amenities.

DAY 6: HA LONG - HANOI - NOI BAI

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and stroll on the cruise.

12:00: Conclude your Ha Long cruise journey, then the vehicle will take you to a restaurant for lunch before returning to Hanoi.

Say goodbye to beautiful Ha Long and head back to Hanoi via the Ha Long – Hai Phong – Hanoi highway.

17:00: Arrive back in Hanoi. The guide will say goodbye, hoping to see you again!

  • Personal expenses: Any expenses incurred during the tour not included in the package, such as:
    • Meal costs not specified in the program.
    • Laundry, phone, and hotel services.
    • Shopping and personal souvenirs.
    • Beverages: Drinks not included in the main meal costs (e.g., soft drinks, beer, wine...).
    • VAT: 10% VAT charges (if you request a receipt).
    • Tips: Tips for drivers and guides ($5 per person per day).
    • Additional costs due to force majeure: Due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the travel company's control (costs for rescheduling, additional services...).

  • Health: Guests with health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other chronic diseases should inform the guide in advance. The tour organizer is not responsible for any undisclosed or inaccurately reported health issues. Pregnant women or guests with chronic illnesses need to consult a doctor and sign a health commitment when participating in the tour.
  • Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may change or be canceled depending on weather conditions, the actual situation at attractions, or requests from authorities. These changes are aimed at ensuring the safety of tourists and not affecting the travel experience.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Any activities or attractions in the tour that cannot be performed due to objective reasons (e.g., weather conditions, decisions from authorities...) will not be refunded.
    • If guests cancel the tour or leave early for personal reasons, costs for unused activities will not be refunded.
    • We will apply for a visa after the customer confirms the travel itinerary; this cost is non-refundable if the customer cancels the trip.
  • Identification: Guests need to carry valid identification (ID card for Vietnamese guests, passport for international guests).
  • Appropriate Clothing: For activities on the island, guests should prepare comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for beach activities and outdoor experiences like clam digging and fishing.
  • Conservation Regulations: Guests are requested to comply with environmental protection and heritage conservation regulations at tourist sites and historical relics. If damage is caused at relic sites, guests will be responsible for compensation according to local regulations.
  • Single Room Supplement: If a guest is traveling alone and cannot share a room with another guest, there will be a single room supplement. The company will try to arrange shared rooms, but if not possible, guests need to pay this supplement.
  • Bring Personal Medications: Guests should bring personal medications (e.g., allergy medicine, cold medicine, digestive aids...) to ensure good health during the tour.
  • Insurance Information: Travel insurance only covers accidents unrelated to chronic diseases or pre-existing conditions before the tour.
  • Currency and Personal Spending: Shopping activities at attractions are not within the service scope of the travel company, so guests should consider carefully before making purchases.
