DAY 1: WELCOME TO NGOC CAT BA ISLAND (Lunch, Dinner)
05:30 – 06:00: The LE TRAVEL vehicle and guide pick up the group at the meeting point, departing for Cat Ba Island via the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway, then crossing the Tan Vu – Lach Huyen Bridge, the longest sea bridge in Vietnam connecting Dinh Vu with Cat Hai Island district of Hai Phong city. Guests have breakfast on their own (cost at their own expense).
09:00 – 09:30: Guests gather at Got Ferry, and the group checks in to board the ferry to Cat Ba Island.
10:30 – 11:30: Arriving in Cat Ba, the group has lunch at a restaurant.
After lunch, the group checks into the hotel and rests.
Afternoon: Guests are free to swim at Cat Co 1 or Cat Co 2 beaches.
Optional Activity 1: (cost at your own expense): The group boards the vehicle to visit Cat Ba National Park - a special forest area of Vietnam and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Evening: The group has dinner at a restaurant.
After dinner, guests are free to relax and explore the Pearl Island at night.
The group stays overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2: EXPLORE CAT BA ISLAND (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Guests wake up early to watch the sunrise over the sea, swim, and enjoy the fresh air of the beach in the morning sun. The group has breakfast at the hotel.
The group dedicates today to activities exploring the Pearl Island of Cat Ba.
Optional Activity: (cost at your own expense): Explore Lan Ha Bay - Monkey Island.
08:00 – 08:30: The group departs for Cai Beo Pier and checks in to board the boat to start the journey exploring Lan Ha Bay. The boat takes the group through Cai Beo fishing village and many natural islands in the Lan Ha Bay area. Enjoy the majestic natural scenery.
The boat arrives at the Sung Cave - Toi Cave area, where guests receive life jackets, paddles, and kayaks, and begin to kayak through the caves. Sung Cave is quite spacious with many stalactites above; there are always two currents flowing in and out of the cave. Kayaking through Sung Cave, guests will reach a valley situated in the sea, surrounded by tall mountains. The scenery feels like stepping into paradise. The group can stop here to rest and enjoy the wild natural atmosphere.
11:30 – 12:00: The group has lunch on the boat.
During this time, the boat moves to Monkey Island. Here, guests are free to hike and explore Monkey Island - from the mountain peak, guests have the opportunity to gaze over the entire Lan Ha Bay, which appears to be shrinking within sight.
Afternoon: The group returns to Cai Beo Pier, where the vehicle picks up the group back to Cat Ba town center.
Guests are free to swim and relax.
Evening: The group has dinner at a restaurant.
After dinner, guests are free to stroll and explore Cat Ba Island at night. The group stays overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: GOODBYE PEARL ISLAND (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Guests wake up early to watch the sunrise over the sea, swim, and enjoy the fresh air of the beach in the morning sun. The group has breakfast at the hotel.
Guests spend time wandering around the markets and shops in Cat Ba to buy souvenirs and seafood to bring back for family and friends.
10:30: The group packs their luggage and checks out of the room.
11:30: The group has lunch at a restaurant.
After lunch, the group boards the vehicle to return to the original pickup point. Arriving at the pickup point.

- Travel insurance: Maximum compensation of 20,000,000 VND per case of accident.
- Drinking water: 1 bottle of water per person per day.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COST:
- Personal expenses: Any expenses incurred during the tour not included in the package, such as:
- Meal costs not specified in the program.
- Laundry, phone, and hotel services.
- Shopping and personal souvenirs.
- Beverages: Drinks not included in the main meal costs (e.g., soft drinks, beer, wine...).
- VAT: 10% VAT charges (if you request a receipt).
- Tips: Tips for drivers and guides ($5 per person per day).
- Additional costs due to force majeure: Due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the travel company's control (costs for rescheduling, additional services...).
NOTES:
- Health: Guests with health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other chronic diseases should inform the guide in advance. The tour organizer is not responsible for any undisclosed or inaccurately reported health issues. Pregnant women or guests with chronic illnesses need to consult a doctor and sign a health commitment when participating in the tour.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may change or be canceled depending on weather conditions, the actual situation at attractions, or requests from authorities. These changes are aimed at ensuring the safety of tourists and not affecting the travel experience.
- Refund Policy:
- Any activities or attractions in the tour that cannot be performed due to objective reasons (e.g., weather conditions, decisions from authorities...) will not be refunded.
- If guests cancel the tour or leave early for personal reasons, costs for unused activities will not be refunded.
- We will apply for a visa after the customer confirms the travel itinerary; this cost is non-refundable if the customer cancels the trip.
- Identification: Guests need to carry valid identification (ID card for Vietnamese guests, passport for international guests).
- Appropriate Clothing: For activities on the island, guests should prepare comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for beach activities and outdoor experiences like clam digging and fishing.
- Conservation Regulations: Guests are requested to comply with environmental protection and heritage conservation regulations at tourist sites and historical relics. If damage is caused at relic sites, guests will be responsible for compensation according to local regulations.
- Single Room Supplement: If a guest is traveling alone and cannot share a room with another guest, there will be a single room supplement. The company will try to arrange shared rooms, but if not possible, guests need to pay this supplement.
- Bring Personal Medications: Guests should bring personal medications (e.g., allergy medicine, cold medicine, digestive aids...) to ensure good health during the tour.
- Insurance Information: Travel insurance only covers accidents unrelated to chronic diseases or pre-existing conditions before the tour.
- Currency and Personal Spending: Shopping activities at attractions are not within the service scope of the travel company, so guests should consider carefully before making purchases.
